We develop and publish mobile applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including applications for equipment monitoring, production management, workforce management, quality control, inventory management, and data analytics. The Delaiqian name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Suzhou Delaiqian Precision Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install our mobile applications on your mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
Our mobile applications are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of our applications is also subject to the terms and conditions of these respective platforms.
Our mobile applications are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 13 should not use our applications. By using our applications, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older.
We may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to our mobile applications from time to time. These terms apply to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.
Our mobile applications may display advertisements from third-party ad networks and advertisers. These advertisements are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of the respective advertising networks.
Our applications may display various advertising formats including splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, and playable ads. The frequency and placement of advertisements may vary.
We may work with various advertising platforms including but not limited to: Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, MoPub, Vungle, Chartboost, AdColony, Pangle, Mintegral, Ogury, Liftoff, and Appodeal.
We strive to provide continuous and reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUZHOU DELAIQIAN PRECISION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suzhou Delaiqian Precision Technology Co., Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suzhou, China.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through our mobile applications. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
